Never left a review before. Never used their services. Just thought they should teach their employees to drive respectfully before letting them take a company marked vehicle. I was cut off twice and continued to watch this vehicle today almost hit another as well as weave in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed. If you are going to promote a business while driving don’t ride someone’s ass.

they were prompt and did a great job installing the water heater, but beware, cause they won't tell you up front, they charge a 3% "convienence fee" for paying with a credit card. When the bill is $2000, it adds up to $59 in a service charge. I don't mind paying $2 or $3 credit card fee at restaurants but this is a little ridiculous.

Always great service! We have a boiler that Bowker Pinnacle services for us. They are always prompt and responsive.

Don’t care about the place or their work, but what I do know is their drivers are selfless and don’t care about their driving skills. Almost ran my ten year old son over and my dog. My son had the right away, and the driver continued to go and didn’t care to slow down. My son had to pull the dog and himself back from getting hit. The passenger then proceeded to make a nasty lunge at my child trying to intimidate him. Sad company and sad workers.
